Positive: Lovely little apartment in a great location.
Negative: The apartment was right above a pub which was open until 2am each morning. We had a group of men who partied the whole night and were coming outside to smoke just under the bedroom window. We barely slept. The welcome letter was in French. It would have been good to have a copy in English to cater to international guests.

Positive: The apartment is in center location. We could see the top of Metz Cathedral from the window. The room is very well kept and cleaned- fully loads with what we needs. The owner is very helpful and gave us detailed information to get in the apartment. We didn’t have any problems finding the apartment at all.

Positive: Speed in which the host replied to my email questions Extremely clean and functional apartment. Kitchenette was a bonus. Location was within walking distance to most attractions in Historical Metz. Neighborhood was very safe for walking at night. Excellent restaurants close by.

Positive: In the shadows, of the Magnificent Gothic Historical Cathedral of St. Stephens, it's bells, pealing out from it's tower(s) - this apartment was joyous in our stay in Metz. Bells of churches, from Cathedrals down, established to create Communication to the people, that something was happening, in celebration, the commencement of liturgical service, or "other", like "Ringing in" of a New Year, the end of War(s) - they COMMUNICATE. Facilities internally of the apartment, facilitated ALL our needs. Exiting from the front door entrance of the apartment, it's glorious majestic location, the bakery, just "steps" away, that "bake" only what the French can do glorious delicious Croissants and bread - French sticks and "other" of quality. The Asian Food take-away "steps" away from exiting the apartment of quality. The apartment on the first floor, steps but few 6-7 - to climb before entrance inside the apartment, it's location is immediately, in the same "house" or building below it's floor boards of this apartment, is an Irish Pub - of course painted in the "Love of the Irish" - there favoured colour being GREEN. We had no noise interruption nor concern(s) in our (6) six days stay. The Historical undercover Food Hall just 4 minutes walk from the apartment, that has wonderful variety of Food types and fresh produce and of course Cheese - that in the types variety, you need a Doctorate to fully understand and appreciate there splendour)s) of taste. Walk, walk on - adventure out and around from this apartment, what you see will truly joy and amaze you. Super-market shopping just within comfortable at most 10 minutes walk to Auchan Super-market - that has ALL your needs and a largish supermarket.
